Testifying before the Judiciary Committee of the U.S. Senate, chaired by Senator Joe Biden (DE), Congressman Major Owens champions the importance of "integrity" in government as he provides a thorough and eloquent critique of Justice Clarence Thomas' record during Thomas' Supreme Court nomination process.  The Major requests the "resounding" rejection of Thomas' nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court.
